How did you do with out the Champix all day. It takes a while for the meds to get out of the system just like it does for meds to get in the system I was told a long time ago. I am hoping that you are doing well. Now being with out chocolate is a entire different concern. Stock up on a nice fine chocolate, the kind that comes in small pieces. You are doing GREAT continue on my friend.....

hey all!
did surprisingly fine without the champix, took it as soon as i got home though. i think your right Susan, i think it's built up in my system and so i didnt have a come down per say.
Much happier today, weather is still shocking but i have chocolate.

Chris, I do that too! The freezer thing. I love it when it's cold outside and you go out and take a deep crisp breath....so I try to mimic that with the freezer. It is odd, but hey, whatever works right?
