although today could be fun, forgot to take my Champix this morning, so i'll be going a whole day without............. eeeeeek does not bode well for my co-workers!

I will be interested in reading how you coped today without the Champix? I found after about the first month, I could get by one one pill a day and saved the second one for the final month and had an extra month's supply I sent to my sister so she could get started on getting smober as well. Just hang in there and remember DEEP BREATHING!

The deep breathing worked for me too....I would forcibly exhale and breathe in as deep as I could I must have sounded really odd...The other thing I used to do was stick my head in the freezer (it was at head height) and breathe in cold air....Mmmmm...... NOW that must have *looked* really ODD....
Oddly enough it worked for me.... but then I'm a little bit odd ...but nowhere near as odd as this eclectic bunch of of odders here at AS3 (odders is a new word.... get in there ! I'm claiming it !)
