Yup yup I put down the smokes less than 24 hours ago.

Recovered my old silkquit meter and 10 years ago I smoked 3 packs a day at $4 a pack. haha Now a pack costs almost as much as 3 of them back in the day. I saved over $30K from not smoking.

At first, I saved the money for something fun but this time around I can't save all of it because I really need the extra money (2 teenagers, no money). It's about $70 a week or so, depending on which county I was in when I bought the pack.

However, I will save up for something nice for myself. Not sure what though.

What are some things you bought for yourself as a gift to yourself? I'm thinking about surfing around Zappos and do a little browser shopping.

Yes, I am motivated by shoes and clothes. Sometimes music. So shoot me ;)

So glad you're back to the quit, Joy!  Things I liked to do for myself were kind of silly, like going to auctions and buying things I could resell on e-bay, or buying things for crafts I could also resell.  Nowadays I think I'd probably spend it on clothes.  Back then I really didn't have much income so it all had to count, today it's not quite so bad.

Add $25 to your iTunes account, and get some rage-o-matic music downloaded to help you with the craves!

I have bought little things that are kinda special that I usually would not have wasted the money on like nice face creams and colognes.  I just bought my self a purple pair of fancy framed readers at the store last week. I NEVER would have bought something like these readers. But I am feeling that I deserve!!!!  LOL
