Please use this board for discussion of anything related to your efforts to quit smoking. In keeping with the traditions of AS3 USENET, expect moderation here to be minimal. Due to the need quitters have to remain distracted, there is very little which is truly Off Topic for discussion here. However, to reduce the amount of clutter in this section, we prefer that you post your Off Topic content to the board that we've created for that purpose. Thanks!

New quitters and quitters needing intensive support can use this area as home base for as long as is needed. This area is for people who really need/want to just concentrate on issues and information related to their quits. As we move forward, we require less intensive support, but the initial period of quitting can require some intensive care.

Nothing is REALLY off topic when it comes to quitting. After all, distraction is one of the major tools in our toolbox!
